The following are the critical questions that ASPICE can help answer with a better and effective implementation.
  • How do I deliver a Quality product with less or no defects / bugs by following a Lean process and still meet customer & industry needs?
  • How do I ensure that all my customer requirements / platform requirements are implemented in my product before final delivery?
  • How do I identify Process Improvements at the organization level and roll it out to projects?
  • Can I follow Agile methodologies in my project and still demonstrate compliance to ASPICE model?

A Brief Snapshot

The Automotive SPICE process assessment model (PAM) is intended for use when performing conformant assessments of the process capability on the development of embedded automotive systems. It was developed in accordance with the requirements of ISO/IEC 33004.

This Automotive SPICE process assessment model contains a set of indicators to be considered when interpreting the intent of the Automotive SPICE process reference model. These indicators may also be used when implementing a process improvement program subsequent to an assessment.
